Fair Park in September 2026

Fair Park is not one venue — it is a 277-acre National Historic Landmark campus of Art Deco buildings just east of downtown Dallas, and several separate venues live inside its gates: the Music Hall at Fair Park, Dos Equis Pavilion, Club 909, Cotton Bowl Stadium and the open grounds themselves. September 2026 runs all of them at once, and on the last Friday of the month the State Fair of Texas opens on top of everything else.

Getting to Fair Park — and Back Out

The Fair Park gates each serve different parts of the grounds, and the one you want depends on which venue your ticket is for — a Music Hall ticket and a Dos Equis Pavilion ticket are a long walk apart. Once the State Fair opens on September 25 the surrounding lots price up and fill early, and the neighborhood streets around the park fill right behind them. Tell dispatch the venue, not just 'Fair Park,' and your chauffeur takes the gate that actually matches your seats.

Do I need a parking pass?

Not when QTS is driving — there is no personal car to park, so there is nothing to buy. If someone in your group would rather drive themselves, a parking pass is strongly recommended at Fair Park, and buying the correct pass for the correct lot is the driver's responsibility. Passes are venue-side, not something we can provide.

Where does the vehicle actually meet us?

Executive SUVs and Sprinters can normally use the passenger drop-off close to the entrance. Stretch limousines and party buses are different: venues of this size do not keep a designated staging area for oversized vehicles, so those groups meet the chauffeur at a nearby legal pick-up point rather than at the front door. Your dispatcher confirms the exact spot when you book, and the driver sends a pin before you walk out.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group

Group size decides the vehicle, and the vehicle decides how the night is structured. Sedans and executive SUVs can run a straightforward round trip. Anything larger — Sprinter, stretch limousine, party bus, minibus or coach — is chartered for the night with the chauffeur staying with the group start to finish.

Where We Pick You Up

QTS Black Car & Limo runs across the 12-county Dallas–Fort Worth service area, and we pick up near Deep Ellum, downtown Dallas, Lakewood and East Dallas as easily as we do from the suburbs. Multi-stop pickups — three houses on the way to one show — are routine, not a special request.

We also handle DFW International and Dallas Love Field for out-of-town guests flying in for a show, and hotel pickups for groups staying downtown.
