Book & Pay QTS Directly
You book through our Dallas office and your card is charged directly by QTS — one vendor, one relationship. For corporate accounts, all charges appear on your standard QTS statement alongside DFW trips. We handle paying affiliate partners behind the scenes.
24-Hour Confirmation
Exactly 24 hours before your reservation, you receive an official confirmation email verifying that your vehicle is secured and ready in your destination city. No guessing, no last-minute scrambling — confirmed the day before you need it.
Chauffeur Details Sent
No later than the day prior to your reservation, you receive your specific chauffeur's name and direct mobile number. For airport pickups, they will be positioned and waiting before you land.
Flexible Gratuity
Gratuity is the client's responsibility and not included in the booking rate. For convenience, it can be charged to your card on file with QTS or paid directly to the chauffeur in cash upon arrival. Corporate accounts can include it in the consolidated invoice.

You book and pay directly through our Dallas office — one point of contact, one invoice. We source a vetted affiliate operator in your destination city, confirm the vehicle and chauffeur, monitor your flight in real time, and send you chauffeur details the day before arrival. From your side, the process is identical to booking locally with QTS. We handle everything behind the scenes.
Is the service quality the same outside DFW as it is locally?
We only partner with operators who meet our insurance minimums, vehicle presentation standards, and communication requirements. Before confirming any affiliate booking, our team verifies licensing, insurance, and service reviews. You receive the same level of professional, pre-arranged service you expect from QTS in Dallas — regardless of which city you land in.
How far in advance should I book global or out-of-state transportation?
For domestic bookings, 48 to 72 hours is sufficient for most markets. For international destinations, major event weekends (Super Bowl, F1, Ryder Cup), or large vehicle classes in smaller markets, 1 to 2 weeks is strongly recommended. Peak travel periods around major conferences and sporting events can deplete affiliate inventory quickly in certain cities.
Can I use my existing QTS corporate billing account for out-of-town trips?
Yes. Corporate accounts established with QTS in Dallas apply globally. All out-of-network bookings are charged to your account on file and appear on your standard invoice alongside DFW trips. Travel managers and executive assistants receive a single consolidated statement covering every city, every leg, every month.
What vehicle classes are available through the global network?
We can source Executive SUVs, Mercedes Sprinter vans, stretch limousines, party buses, and full-size 56-passenger motorcoaches through our affiliate network in virtually every major domestic and international market. Availability varies by city and lead time — contact us with your destination, group size, and vehicle preference and we will confirm options.
Can you manage multi-city financial roadshows across multiple markets?
Yes. Multi-city roadshow coordination is one of the most common use cases for our global network. You send us your full itinerary — cities, dates, passenger counts, and any special requirements — and we source vehicles, confirm chauffeurs, and send a unified booking confirmation for every leg. One email thread, one invoice, no coordination burden on your team.
What happens if my flight is significantly delayed or diverted internationally?
We monitor all commercial flights and private tail numbers through real-time FAA and international flight data. Your chauffeur's staging adjusts automatically to your actual arrival time. For international diversions or significant delays, our dispatch team contacts your affiliate operator directly and keeps you informed. You do not need to manage the rebooking — we do.
What if I need transportation in a city that is not on your signature hub list?
Our affiliate network covers hundreds of domestic and international markets beyond the 20 signature hubs listed. If you need service in a city not explicitly listed, contact us with the destination and your requirements. We will confirm affiliate availability and vehicle options typically within a few hours for domestic requests and within one business day for international or remote markets.
Can you arrange group transportation for major events like the Super Bowl, Formula 1, or the Masters?
Yes. Major event logistics are a core use case for the global network. We have coordinated group transportation for Super Bowl weekends in Las Vegas and New Orleans, F1 races at COTA in Austin and internationally, Ryder Cup events, and major stadium concerts. For these, book as far in advance as possible — vehicle inventory in host cities depletes 4 to 6 weeks before major events.
How does gratuity work for chauffeurs outside DFW?
The client is responsible for the affiliate chauffeur's gratuity, which is not included in the booking rate. For your convenience, you can have the gratuity charged to your card on file with QTS at booking, or tip the chauffeur directly in cash upon arrival. For corporate accounts, gratuity can be included in the consolidated invoice with a line-item note for expense purposes.
