Hourly As-Directed
Chauffeur Service
The ultimate luxury is controlling your own time. A dedicated chauffeur on standby — vehicle waiting curbside, route changing on your word, clock running on your schedule. Multi-stop corporate roadshows, flexible evening itineraries, luxury shopping days, and DFW real estate tours without a single rideshare gamble.
Your Schedule. Your Route. Your Pace.
Point-to-point transfers bind you to a rigid pickup time and a single destination. Hourly As-Directed service does the opposite — the vehicle and chauffeur are yours for the block, adapting to whatever the day demands without rebooking, recalculating, or waiting for a new driver to accept a request.
Dynamic Routing — Change Anything, Anytime
Plans change. Meetings run late. The dinner moves to a different restaurant. With As-Directed service, tell your chauffeur your next destination when you step in — or text ahead while still in the meeting. The route updates instantly with no fees, no rebooking, and no friction.
Your Mobile Command Center
Leave your briefcase, laptop, samples, or shopping bags securely in the vehicle between stops. Your chauffeur is the trusted custodian of everything in the cabin while you are inside your meetings or events. The car becomes your mobile office — documents, devices, and personal items remain untouched and exactly where you left them.
Staged at the Exit, Every Time
Your chauffeur monitors your location and stages curbside before you walk out — not after. No rideshare app, no parking garage spiral, no post-event surge pricing. The vehicle is steps from the exit the moment you need it, whether you finish early or 40 minutes late.
One Rate — No Surge, No Overtime Surprise
Your hourly rate is locked at booking and covers unlimited stops and route changes. If the day extends beyond your block, overtime billing kicks in at your same hourly rate in standard 30-minute increments. No surge algorithms, no dynamic pricing, no driver cancellations mid-day.
The Right Format for Complex DFW Days
Any itinerary with more than one destination, uncertain timing, or a need for the vehicle to wait between stops is a natural fit for As-Directed service. These are the most common formats we run across the Metroplex.
- Financial roadshows & investor pitches — back-to-back meetings across Downtown Dallas, Legacy West, and Las Colinas — your chauffeur studies the route in advance and holds position at every high-rise while you're inside.
- DFW real estate & site tours — move executives or clients between multiple property sites in Frisco, Plano, Allen, or Fort Worth — the SUV becomes a rolling conference room between locations.
- Concerts, games & event hopping — leave your jackets in the car, bypass post-event surge pricing, and step into a climate-controlled cabin the moment the encore ends — then continue to the next venue without a second thought.
- Luxury shopping excursions — Highland Park Village to NorthPark Center to the Dallas Design District — curbside pickup at every boutique, purchases secured in the vehicle between stops.
- Wine tours & leisure itineraries — Grapevine's Historic Main Street vineyards, Southlake spa days, and progressive dinners across multiple neighborhoods — As-Directed keeps the entire experience seamless.
- VIP client & guest entertainment — visiting board members, high-profile clients, and out-of-town executives receive a polished, private day across DFW without ever entering an Uber or navigating unfamiliar streets.
Two Classes — Solo Executive to Full Team
When the vehicle becomes your mobile office for the day, comfort, space, and cabin quality are non-negotiable. Both classes are late-model, immaculate black, and staffed by an experienced chauffeur who understands that an hourly booking requires a different level of attentiveness than a point-to-point run.
Executive SUV — GMC Yukon XL / Cadillac Escalade
The standard for C-suite executives and small teams. Expansive rear legroom, privacy tints, USB and wireless charging, and an ultra-quiet cabin designed for calls, document review, and focused work between stops. The go-to vehicle for solo roadshows, client transport, and full-day executive use.

Direct answers to the most common questions from executives, EAs, and travel managers booking As-Directed service for the first time.
Is there a minimum hour requirement for As-Directed service?
Yes. Most Hourly As-Directed reservations require a 3 to 4 hour minimum depending on vehicle class and day of week. Executive SUVs typically carry a 3-hour minimum on weekdays and a 4-hour minimum on Friday and Saturday evenings. Executive Sprinters follow a similar structure. Minimums exist because the vehicle and chauffeur are dedicated exclusively to your schedule from the moment they depart dispatch.
Do I need to provide a full itinerary before my reservation?
No — and that is the point. Providing a rough itinerary helps us assign the best chauffeur and pre-study the routing, but it is not required. With As-Directed service, you simply tell your chauffeur your next destination as you go. Plans change, meetings run long, and new stops get added — your chauffeur adapts in real time without any rebooking or rescheduling on your end.
What happens if my meetings run late and I need more time?
Your reservation rolls into overtime billing, charged in standard 30 or 60-minute increments at your established hourly rate. There is no penalty for going over and no vehicle recall — your chauffeur stays with you until you release them. For corporate accounts, overtime appears as a line item on your standard invoice.
What is the difference between Hourly As-Directed and a point-to-point transfer?
A point-to-point transfer is a single pickup and a single drop-off — one fare, one route, done. Hourly As-Directed puts a dedicated vehicle and chauffeur at your disposal for a block of time with unlimited stops, route changes, and waiting time built in. If your day involves more than one destination or any uncertainty about timing, As-Directed is almost always the right format.
How does billing work — does the clock start at pickup or when the chauffeur departs?
Billing begins at your scheduled pickup time. Your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes early to be staged and ready, but the hourly clock starts when you board. The clock runs continuously, including waiting time between stops — there is no 'pause' between venues. This is why we recommend booking a realistic block rather than a tight minimum.
Can I use As-Directed service for personal errands, shopping, or leisure?
Absolutely. Hourly As-Directed is just as well-suited for a Highland Park Village shopping day, a Grapevine wine tour, or a spa afternoon in Southlake as it is for corporate roadshows. Any itinerary with multiple stops, flexible timing, or a need for the vehicle to wait is a natural fit for this service format.
Can I book hourly service for a full day or across multiple days?
Yes. Full-day As-Directed bookings — 8 to 12 hours — are available and commonly used for executive site visits, corporate client entertainment, and multi-venue event days. Multi-day reservations, such as a three-day financial roadshow or a conference week, are handled under a single account booking with consistent chauffeur assignment when possible.
What DFW areas are covered for Hourly As-Directed service?
The full Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex — Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Deep Ellum, Legacy West and Legacy Business Park in Plano, The Star and PGA District in Frisco, Las Colinas in Irving, Southlake Town Square, Fort Worth CBD, Sundance Square, Westlake's Solana Business Park, AllianceTexas in Haslet, and Grapevine wine country. Long-distance As-Directed trips to Austin, San Antonio, and Houston are also available.
Can I change my route or add a new stop mid-trip?
Yes — this is the defining feature of As-Directed service. Simply tell your chauffeur your next destination at any point. Adding a stop, skipping a planned location, rerouting to a different part of the city, or extending the day by an hour are all handled in real time with no calls to dispatch required. You are in complete control of the routing.
Is hourly service available for airport pickups, or is it strictly for multi-stop itineraries?
As-Directed is available for airport runs, though a standard point-to-point transfer is typically more cost-effective for a single airport pickup. Where As-Directed adds value at the airport is when you need the vehicle to wait while you clear customs or collect a VIP, then continue on to multiple destinations before the day is done. For corporate clients, combining an airport pickup with a full-day As-Directed block under one reservation is a common and efficient format.
