The Factory in Deep Ellum — still called the Bomb Factory by most of Dallas — is the neighborhood's flagship general-admission music hall, a converted industrial building on Canton Street. Deep Ellum is a bar district first and a parking district a distant second, which shapes the entire night. Eleven shows land in September 2026.

Getting to The Factory in Deep Ellum — and Back Out

Deep Ellum street parking is metered, permit-restricted after hours and heavily towed, and the private lots around Canton and Elm surge on show nights. Groups routinely spend twenty minutes circling and then park far enough out that walking back at midnight is its own decision. A chauffeured drop-off on Canton removes the parking question and the walk-back question at the same time.

Do I need a parking pass?

Not when QTS is driving — there is no personal car to park, so there is nothing to buy. If someone in your group would rather drive themselves, a parking pass is strongly recommended at The Factory in Deep Ellum, and buying the correct pass for the correct lot is the driver's responsibility. Passes are venue-side, not something we can provide.

Where does the vehicle actually meet us?

Executive SUVs and Sprinters can normally use the passenger drop-off close to the entrance. Stretch limousines and party buses are different: venues of this size do not keep a designated staging area for oversized vehicles, so those groups meet the chauffeur at a nearby legal pick-up point rather than at the front door. Your dispatcher confirms the exact spot when you book, and the driver sends a pin before you walk out.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group

Group size decides the vehicle, and the vehicle decides how the night is structured. Sedans and executive SUVs can run a straightforward round trip. Anything larger — Sprinter, stretch limousine, party bus, minibus or coach — is chartered for the night with the chauffeur staying with the group start to finish.

Where We Pick You Up

QTS Black Car & Limo runs across the 12-county Dallas–Fort Worth service area, and we pick up near Deep Ellum, downtown Dallas, Exposition Park and Uptown as easily as we do from the suburbs. Multi-stop pickups — three houses on the way to one show — are routine, not a special request.

We also handle DFW International and Dallas Love Field for out-of-town guests flying in for a show, and hotel pickups for groups staying downtown.
