Dickies Arena in September 2026
Dickies Arena opened in 2019 in the Fort Worth Cultural District, sharing a campus with the Will Rogers Memorial Center and sitting a short drive from the Kimbell, the Modern and Camp Bowie's restaurant row. It is a full-scale arena show building — national tours, esports finals and rodeo all cycle through it — and September 2026 is one of its busiest months of the year.

Getting to Dickies Arena — and Back Out
Montgomery Street and Harley Avenue both funnel into the same handful of Cultural District blocks, and on a sold-out night that traffic backs up well past the arena. Coming from the east, I-30 to Montgomery is the obvious line and therefore the slowest one; your chauffeur will usually come in off Camp Bowie or Lancaster instead and approach the drop-off from the side the queue isn't using.
Do I need a parking pass?
Not when QTS is driving — there is no personal car to park, so there is nothing to buy. If someone in your group would rather drive themselves, a parking pass is strongly recommended at Dickies Arena, and buying the correct pass for the correct lot is the driver's responsibility. Passes are venue-side, not something we can provide.
Where does the vehicle actually meet us?
Executive SUVs and Sprinters can normally use the passenger drop-off close to the entrance. Stretch limousines and party buses are different: venues of this size do not keep a designated staging area for oversized vehicles, so those groups meet the chauffeur at a nearby legal pick-up point rather than at the front door. Your dispatcher confirms the exact spot when you book, and the driver sends a pin before you walk out.
Which Vehicle Fits Your Group
Group size decides the vehicle, and the vehicle decides how the night is structured. Sedans and executive SUVs can run a straightforward round trip. Anything larger — Sprinter, stretch limousine, party bus, minibus or coach — is chartered for the night with the chauffeur staying with the group start to finish.

Where We Pick You Up
QTS Black Car & Limo runs across the 12-county Dallas–Fort Worth service area, and we pick up near the Fort Worth Cultural District, Camp Bowie and Sundance Square as easily as we do from the suburbs. Multi-stop pickups — three houses on the way to one show — are routine, not a special request.

How early should the pickup be for a show at Dickies Arena?
As a rule we target arrival about an hour before the published start, which means leaving your door roughly two hours ahead. Dispatch sets the exact time against that night’s traffic, the door time and where your group is starting from — you do not have to work it out yourself.
Where do you pick up for Dickies Arena events?

How far ahead should I book a September date?
Sooner than you think. The larger vehicles — Sprinters, limousines and party buses — commit first on Friday and Saturday nights, and a busy month at one venue usually means every other venue in the Metroplex is busy the same weekend. Request a quote as soon as you have tickets.
