Know Before You Go
It's 75 Miles North
WinStar is about 75 miles north of Dallas via I-35 North, just across the Oklahoma border. Budget 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes from most of DFW, more from Fort Worth. Leaving early avoids the pre-show I-35 crunch.
Free Parking, Slow Exit
WinStar has extensive free on-site parking and valet. The catch is the exit — when the show ends, the whole lot funnels back to I-35 at once. QTS stages nearby so you leave while the lot is still stacking up.
It's a Casino (21+ Floor)
Lucas Oil Live concerts are generally all ages, but WinStar's gaming floor is 21-and-over. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and can't be on the casino floor. Confirm age rules at winstar.com.
Tickets
Buy only through official channels — Ticketmaster and winstar.com. Resale prices vary and fraudulent listings are common. QTS does not sell event tickets; we get you to the door.
It's an Outdoor Amphitheater
Lucas Oil Live is an open-air venue, so check the forecast and dress for a summer night. Your QTS vehicle is a climate-controlled home base before and after the show.
Skip the Late-Night Drive
A 10:30–11 PM finish means a long, dark 75-mile drive home on I-35 for self-drivers. With QTS, your chauffeur handles it while you relax — the single best reason to book for a WinStar show.
Why Book QTS for Shenandoah & Tracy Byrd at WinStar
WinStar is a straight shot up I-35, but it's still a 150-mile round trip — and after a 3-hour show, the last thing you want is to drive it home at midnight. Add the post-show exit crawl as thousands of cars funnel back onto I-35 at once, and the drive becomes the worst part of the night. Rideshare this far out is unreliable and expensive.
