How a Billy Bob’s Night Actually Runs
Most shows here are late, loud and long — the drive home is the part to plan.
The bottom line: Doors open hours before a 9:00 or 10:00 PM headliner, and the show often runs past midnight. That is a long night of dancing and drinks to then drive home from. Book the evening as-directed and the chauffeur covers dinner, the show and the ride back.
Dinner first?
Most groups eat in the Stockyards or along Exchange Avenue before the doors open. Add the stop to the booking and the chauffeur drops you at dinner, waits, and moves you to Billy Bob’s when you are ready.
The Stockyards on a show night
The district is packed: one-way streets, foot traffic, and lots that fill early. The last half-mile is the slow part. Your chauffeur knows the approach and the pick-up points, so you are not circling for a space in boots.
After midnight
When the show lets out, everyone requests a ride at once and prices follow. A chauffeur who is already waiting means your group walks out and goes home — to one address or several.
Bachelorettes, Birthdays and Big Groups
Billy Bob’s is one of the most-requested group nights we run.
The bottom line: A Sprinter fits seven to fourteen, and a party bus up to forty-five — enough for a whole bachelorette party or birthday crew to arrive together and leave together. Larger vehicles are dedicated to your group for the whole night.
Can we drink in the vehicle?
Passengers of legal drinking age can, in the vehicles set up for it — the party buses and several of the limousines. Tell dispatch when you book and we will tell you what your vehicle allows.
Planning a bachelorette weekend?
The Stockyards is a staple of Fort Worth bachelorette weekends. See bachelor and bachelorette party transportation for multi-stop nights and weekend packages.
Which Vehicle Fits Your Group
Group size picks the vehicle, and the vehicle decides how the night is structured.
The bottom line: Up to six people fit an executive SUV, which can run as a straightforward round trip. Seven to fourteen want a Mercedes Sprinter, and beyond that a party bus or minibus — dedicated to your group for the whole night.
| Group | Vehicle | How it runs |
|---|---|---|
| 1–3 | Executive sedan or SUV | Round trip, or as-directed if the night has more than one stop. |
| 4–6 | Executive SUV (Yukon XL / Escalade) | Round trip, or as-directed. Uses the passenger drop-off. |
| 7–14 | Mercedes Sprinter | Dedicated to your group for the whole outing. |
| 8–20 | Stretch limousine | Dedicated for the outing; meets you at a nearby legal pick-up point. |
| 20–45 | Party bus | Dedicated for the outing; meets you at a nearby legal pick-up point. |
| 24–56 | Minibus or motorcoach | Dedicated for the outing, start to finish. |

Billy Bob’s Transportation FAQ
What groups ask dispatch most often before a Stockyards night.
The bottom line: Shows usually start around 9:00 or 10:00 PM and run late, Stockyards parking fills early, and your chauffeur waits through the show. SUVs and Sprinters drop near the entrance; limousines and party buses meet you at a nearby legal pick-up spot.
Where is Billy Bob’s Texas?
At 2520 Rodeo Plaza, Fort Worth, TX 76164, in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards — about four miles north of downtown Fort Worth.
What time do Billy Bob’s shows start?
Doors usually open well before the music, and headliners often take the stage around 9:00 or 10:00 PM and play past midnight. Each show’s start time is in the table above; confirm on your ticket and at billybobstexas.com.
Is parking easy at Billy Bob’s?
Not on a show night. Stockyards lots fill early and street parking is scarce. With a chauffeur there is nothing to park. If someone in your group drives anyway, buying parking in advance is strongly recommended, and choosing the right lot is on them.
Does the chauffeur wait during the show?
Yes. Billy Bob’s nights are booked as dedicated, as-directed service — dinner in the Stockyards, the show, and the ride home all run with the same chauffeur. It is not sold as a one-way drop-off.
Can a party bus drop us at the door?
Executive SUVs and Sprinters can usually drop close to the entrance on Rodeo Plaza. Stretch limousines and party buses have no designated staging area in the Stockyards, so those groups meet the chauffeur at a nearby legal pick-up spot that dispatch confirms when you book.
Where do I buy tickets?
Only through official channels — billybobstexas.com and its ticketing partner. QTS does not sell event tickets; we get your group there and home.
